Our pillars
Renewable energy
We use 100% renewable electrical energy, of which between 20-40% is generated locally with our hydroelectric turbine.
Social development
We seek to promote local development. About 80% of our team is from the Province of Osorno and 50% of our food purchases correspond to local suppliers.
Recycling
We implement the "3 R" program to manage our waste: reduce, reuse and recycle. An example was the 93% reduction in plastic amenities, through the use of dispensers.
Energy
Hydroelectric turbine: since our beginnings, we have taken advantage of the power of the river with our turbine to generate energy in a sustainable way.
Geothermal: we take advantage of the high temperatures of our hot springs, using geothermal energy to heat our hotel.
Energy efficiency: we focus on the use of efficient electrical devices and low-consumption LED lighting.
Recycling
